What a support contract can cover

Choose the responsibilities you need.

A contract can focus on a single part of the operation or combine several. We agree the locations, workload, communication and approval authority before work begins.

What your team receives

A clearer view of the work.

The agreed reporting can identify the request, location, assigned party, approval status, next action and completion evidence. Problems and missing information stay visible.

You retain the authority defined in the contract. ICY can coordinate a provider without becoming that provider, and can administer a payment process without the website collecting money or banking details.

From first conversation to ongoing support

Start with a defined scope.

  1. Map the need

Locations, business hours, recurring work, current providers and what is falling between the cracks.

  2. Agree the contract

Responsibilities, fees, communication, approval limits, service windows and exclusions in writing.

  3. Put the process to work

Organize the service record, coordinate providers and establish how your team receives updates.

  4. Review and refine

Check open work, recurring issues and whether the agreed support still matches the operation.

Before you request a proposal

Do you support companies with more than one location?

Yes. Tell us the locations and the type of support needed. Provider availability, travel, jurisdiction and the exact responsibilities are confirmed for each engagement; a location inquiry is not a promise of local staffing.

Can you work with our current vendors?

Yes. Support can be organized around existing providers, sourcing new providers, or both. Your contract identifies who selects, approves and pays each provider.

How are contracts priced?

By written proposal for the number of locations, workload, coverage, required providers and responsibilities. Fees, any referral or sourcing compensation, expenses and payment terms are disclosed before acceptance.

Do you provide residential or emergency service?

ICY serves commercial clients. This website is not an emergency dispatch line or a guaranteed response service. Service windows are agreed in the written scope.
