Request a support proposal

Required fields are marked . A brief description is enough to begin.

City and country, or a brief description of your commercial locations.

Up to 2,000 characters. Include the need and preferred timing. Do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive employee/customer information.

Your request is stored privately for GCT to review and respond. An email notification is queued for db@gctllc.net. The on-screen receipt confirms storage, not email delivery. No automatic email or text is sent to you. Raw web inquiries expire from the intake queue after 90 days and are removed by routine retention cleanup. See our privacy notice.

Sending a request does not book work, accept a quote or authorize a charge.

A useful first packet

Send what you know. Label what you do not.

A short description is enough to start. For a cooling or building-performance question, these details help make the first review useful. Keep supporting files available for follow-up; avoid private employee or customer information.

01

Site and use

Include the city, building use, approximate area, occupied hours and access constraints. Identify the person coordinating the request.

02

Symptoms and timing

Describe where and when the problem appears, available thermostat readings, humidity or odor concerns, and any pattern with weather, occupancy or equipment operation.

03

Equipment identity

Keep existing model or serial labels, thermostat details, unit names and recent maintenance information available for follow-up. Unknown details are fine to mark unknown.

04

Previous work

Summarize prior findings and what changed after each visit. Keep existing quotes, invoices and service records available; do not paste sensitive records into this message.

05

Useful photographs

Existing wide views and photographs of accessible equipment can help explain the layout. Do not enter unsafe or restricted locations to gather photographs.

06

Approval and access

Identify who can approve access, diagnostics, trade work and payment. Scope and approval limits are agreed before work proceeds.

Planning an energy-reduction study?

If available, note utility use, occupied hours, thermostat and control schedules, major equipment loads, door and exhaust patterns, and changes to the roof, glazing or envelope. These records provide context for a comparison; missing data is acceptable when clearly identified.

Read the lower-energy cooling method or use the field-record guide.
