The written scope defines the work.
ICY serves commercial clients. A form submission, call or email is an inquiry, not an accepted contract, appointment, provider assignment, authorization or payment. Public diagrams and guides remain educational.
Facilities support and project engagements
The written agreement identifies the locations, responsibilities, deliverables, fees, expenses, service windows, approval authority and completion criteria. Any sourcing or referral compensation is disclosed before acceptance. GCT may perform a defined task, coordinate another provider or supply documentation as specified.
Vendor selection, invoice administration and payment coordination follow the authority and process you agree. This website does not collect card or bank details, accept a subscription or transfer client funds.
Technology and documentation
IT and ERP changes require an agreed scope covering authorized access, backups, downtime, licensing, security requirements and rollback responsibilities. Work instructions and safety guides do not replace responsible technical review, required training, manufacturer instructions or applicable requirements.
Before a site visit or dispatch
GCT confirms the location, requested task, access, assigned parties, required credentials, schedule, travel, price, exclusions and final checks in writing. Regulated HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, engineering and permitting work remains with the appropriately qualified party for that scope and jurisdiction.
Measurements and site conditions
Conclusions depend on the equipment and building conditions observed at the stated time. Hidden conditions, inaccessible areas and later operating changes may require additional work. Manufacturer instructions, adopted codes and responsible trade findings control where they apply.
Emergencies
This website is not an emergency service. For fire, smoke, gas, exposed energized equipment, refrigerant exposure, heat illness or another immediate hazard, clear the area and contact emergency services, the utility, building management or the responsible licensed emergency provider.

ICY AC is operated by Gulf Coast Technologies, LLC in Wiggins, Mississippi. The brand and domain do not create a separate legal entity.
