You can read this website without an account, advertising tracker or browser cookie. The support form collects only the information you choose to submit for a commercial inquiry.
Commercial support requests
The form collects your company, name, email, optional phone, location, support category and description. GCT stores this information in a private inquiry queue to assess the request and respond. An email notification containing the submitted details is queued for db@gctllc.net. The on-screen receipt confirms storage, not email delivery. No automatic email or text is sent to you. It does not automatically notify vendors, book work, create a contract or charge anyone.
Raw web inquiries expire from that queue after 90 days and are removed by routine retention cleanup. Email notifications and, if an inquiry becomes an engagement, the necessary business and project records may be retained separately. Do not submit passwords, keys, payment details, government identifiers or sensitive employee/customer information.
Abuse controls temporarily use a keyed digest of the network address; the inquiry record does not retain the raw address. Existing short-retention edge security records are described below. Request access, a correction or deletion by contacting db@gctllc.net.
Basic website records
GCT keeps first-party server records needed for reliability and security, then produces privacy-minimized traffic totals for its internal dashboard. For probable-browser ICY page requests, the public edge uses the request network address locally to derive an approximate city, region and country, rounds coordinates to 0.1 degree, and does not send the raw address to the analytics core. Coarse hourly location totals are retained for up to 90 days. IP location is not GPS or an exact address and may be wrong when a carrier, VPN, corporate gateway or ISP exits elsewhere. The dashboard counts page requests, not unique people. The analytics dataset also uses the page, response status, response size, referring domain, broad device category and campaign label; it does not retain raw browser identification or full query strings. Short-retention edge security logs may contain network and browser details needed to detect abuse and diagnose failures. Location data is provided by DB-IP.
Information you may send
A service request may include contact details, site address, operating complaint, equipment labels, service history, photographs and access information. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers or unrelated employee or customer information by ordinary email.
How the record is used
GCT uses it to understand the problem, identify missing measurements, prepare a written scope and coordinate an identified provider when requested. Relevant job information may be shared with that provider after the role is clear. An inquiry is not permission to dispatch, buy equipment or charge anyone.
