Define the site and symptom
Capture the location, operating complaint, equipment identity, access window and approving contact.
Confirm scope and price
Identify the first useful evidence gate, travel, exclusions, responsible parties and written authorization.
Assign the qualified provider
Verify the contracting identity and credentials required for the exact trade, value and jurisdiction.
Record field arrival and work
The assigned job link records tap-time GPS, server receipt time, equipment and finding photos, and job timing without background tracking.
Close against evidence
Completion photos, responsible-trade findings and the accepted performance criteria form the closeout record.
Private field evidence
Location and photos belong to the assigned job—not the public web.
Technicians receive one expiring job link. GPS is requested only at arrival, clock-in, clock-out and departure. Arrival, equipment/finding and completion photos are stored privately with server receipt time, byte count and a SHA-256 digest. No background or off-duty tracking is used.
Actual provider, credentials, availability, travel, scope, price and response window are confirmed in writing for each job before authorization. If GCT cannot deliver an accepted scope for reasons within GCT's control, GCT addresses it promptly under the written terms, including a refund where due. ICY is not a guaranteed emergency-response line.
