Why is one side of my business hotter than the other?
Different solar exposure, glass, roof condition, airflow, pressure, occupancy and control zones can create a repeatable imbalance. A mapped pattern narrows the cause.
Can air balancing fix hot and cold spots?
Sometimes. Balancing helps only when available airflow, return paths, controls and zone loads support the change. It should be measured and accepted, not guessed.
Would a mini-split fix the hot room?
It can be a strong zoned solution after the distinct load and upstream faults are documented. It should not camouflage a failed base system or unmanaged outdoor-air load.
